Essential Responsibilities:

One of the very important tasks before installing a wind farm is to fully examine the wind resources on the selected wind turbine locations. The aim is to optimize production for each turbine and minimize the unwanted loads on the turbine. Vestas is the worlds largest supplier of wind turbines and we see the Wind&site area as one of our key competences. These years we are investing heavily in the area to extend our leading role. We believe this area is one of the key areas to success in the wind business. We hope you will be part of this.

Qualification required: (education, training, license, skills, etc.)

Since this is a new area especially in China we do not require any experience in the field. We will offer an extensive training program, both here and abroad.

We expect you have a strong theoretical background minimum master level in engineering.
You must have an interest in a long-term career in the wind turbine business.
We require good computer skills and knowledge in fluid or aero dynamics will be an advantage.
You must be physically fit and prepared for a high amount of travel both within China and abroad.
You must have good English skills both spoken and written
You must be able to work well across cultures in an international Company. If you have lived abroad or worked in an international company before it will be preferred.
You must be extrovert and be able to represent Vestas well towards the costumers, since you are often the first to visit the local power Company.
You must be well structured, being able to coordinate and document your time and work well.
