Purposes of the position (Role):

Act as key person on Customer Service processes and SAP during implementation. Act as key person on compliance to Customer Service processes in SAP and key driver in support and improvements.

Essential Responsibilities:

Participate in the implementation of SAP in Vestas China and South Korea (finance, supply chain, sales, project and service)
Support the project manager in the implemention of SAP in Vestas China and South Korea
Investigate current processes and identify gaps to SAP processes
Investigate legal requirements
Participate in investigate interfaces to other systems
Participate in organisational alignment and change management activities
Development of test scenarios and test cases
Data migration, data conversion and cut-over activities
Defining training needs and if needed conduct some training
After implementation responsible for follow-up on organisational compliance to SAP processes and solution in Vestas China and South Korea
Assess the compliance to the processes and SAP solution
Alignment with global solution - share best practices
Manage further enhancements of the system
Manage changes (issues, new enhancement, wishes for new functionality)
Support the organisation system wise and educational wise.
Qualification required: (education, training, license, skills, etc.)

Knowledge and experience working with Customer Service processes (planning of service, supply chain flow to service, tools, confirmations on service jobs done, service contracts and quotations, technicians, service invoicing. reporting)
SAP experiences and SAP implementation experience. (SAP module CS)
Process Understanding and Process Development Experience (incl. process mapping)
Knowledge about legal requirement in China (and South Korea)
Project Management experiences
