Purposes of the position (Role):

Reporting to the Head of Department, the HSE Engineer is charged of maintaining the Health, Safety and Environmental system, conducting the site HSE audit.

Essential Responsibilities:

Conduct site HSE audit, generate report and follow up the corrective actions.
Collect the HSE data and prepare the Environmental Statement
Provide the basic turbine safety training to the organization as well as to the customer.
Conduct the daily safety management and the near miss/accident case handling.
Deliver the Vestas Safety Alert and follow up the implementation status.
Optimize the HSE management system, conduct the system audit, and follow up the NCR closure.
Qualification required: (education, training, license, skills, etc.)

Bachelor degree with engineering background
At least two years relevant working experiences
Good working knowledge of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
Excellent oral and written English competency
Good team spirit
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
