Second Missouri Project Announced
Wind Capital Group, John Deere Wind Energy and Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. recently announced that a second 50-MW project will be constructed, this one to be located in Atchison County. The Cow Branch Wind Energy Project will be located between Rock Port and Tarkio, which is about 50 miles from the site where construction is under way on the first project - the Bluegrass Ridge Wind Farm near King City in Gentry County.
